Presently, public morals are degenerating with each passing day. The human race is become increasingly evil and depraved. Disasters are occurring frequently around the world. Rarely seen astronomical phenomena are also appearing. The Bible’s prophecies regarding the return of the Lord have basically been fulfilled already. The day of the Lord’s return is already here. Many pious Christians have premonitions that the Lord has already returned.
Two thousand years ago, when the Lord Jesus came to do His work, the holy temple where once the glory of Jehovah shone bright became afflicted with famine and was made into a den of thieves. Today, the religious world has lost the work of the Holy Spirit, is cast in desolation and is the scene of more and more iniquity. The religious leaders fail to abide by the Lord's commandments and have completely wandered astray from the Lord's way. Does this not demonstrate that the Lord has come back and carried out a new work?
"And also I have withheld the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest: and I caused it to rain on one city, and caused it not to rain on another city: one piece was rained on, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered. So two or three cities wandered to one city, to drink water; but they were not satisfied: yet have you not returned to me, said the LORD" (Amos 4:7-8).
